TSB Proposals Call - Sustainable Manufacturing for the Process Industry Project 1 – Predictive Work-Up. Currently discussing with AZ, KeyModule, Pfizer, Steven Abbott Associates, Chris Hunter (Sheffield), Peter Johnson (iPRD), Frans Muller (iPRD). Prediction of impurities traced through possible unit operations (mass balance); organic and aqueous solubility Project 2 – Chiral Amines. Currently discussing with AZ, Pfizer, YPT, Dr Reddys, AM Tech, Jianling Xiao (Liverpool), J Blacker, P McGowan, Steve Marsden (iPRD). Use of immobilised Cp* catalyst system in flow with different reactions to make chiral heterocyclic amines. Project 3 – Batch to Flow Catalyst Process. Currently discussing with CatExcel, J Blacker (iPRD). Advantages of carrying out a high energy transformation in flow.
