Advanced decision making processes
Preservation of emotional memories
Fit socially acceptable norms
Override and suppress the socially unacceptable responses

3. Functions of the Temporal Lobe
It contains the hearing center of the brain, the primary auditory cortex.
It processes sensory input e.g.:
language comprehension
auditory information
naming.

The lobe is the visual processing center of the brain, it contains the visual cortex.
