2 Subject pronouns A SUBJECT PRONOUN is used as the subject of a sentence. Subject Pronouns Singular Plural I We You He, She, It They Examples: We love that movie!! May Beth and I help with the decorations?

3 ObJECT pronouns OBJECT PRONOUNS replace the direct object of the sentence. Object Pronouns Singular Plural Me Us You Him, Her, It Them Examples: People liked the comedian because he entertained them. Many people paid to see him.

4 Direct Object Direct objects receive the action.
They usually follow the verb. For example: Billy gave the book to John. Billy gave the book to him. verb Object pronoun
