Requirement of Consent
-Art 180 and 181 of the Civil Code -Same conditions as for others situation ( ex in contract ). 3 cases in which the consent has been viciated : Violence Error Fraud

Required documents -Document of identity
-Document prooving that you live here or reside in the place where the marriage is celebrated -Informations about the best mans such as name date of birth place of residence document of identity -Copy of the act of birth -Audition of the couple by civil officier. Both of them together, and if the civil officier consider it necessary he can proceed then to another individual audition. -Contract of marriage ( if one as been conclude )
