Proposal: Guidelines / Tools / Diagnosis and evaluation indexes “Live process”: Decisions will be supported by this methodology and the settle objectives would be subject of continuous evaluation with the possibility of redirection. Assessment based on: City and district objectives Analysis of initiatives and scenarios Different levels of indicators Control and evaluation Result: Innovative, systemic , integrated and open methodology for near zero energy renovation of existing residential districts, ensuring and improving high indoor quality levels.
