2. Shrove Tuesday
Lent is a time of giving things up. So Shrove Tuesday is the last chance to indulge yourself, and to use up the foods that aren't allowed in Lent. Pancakes are eaten on this day because they contain fat, butter and eggs which were forbidden during Lent.

Is the first day
of Lent.

3. Ash Wednesday On Ash Wednesday we get an ash cross on are for heads.
Ash Wednesday is a Christian festival. It marks the beginning of six and a half weeks of preparation for the more important Christian festival of Easter.

4. The Start of Lent
Today’s Ash Wednesday, we are beginning the Lenten Journey. A journey that takes 40 days and 40 nights in the desert Jesus would feel lonely and hungry. Jesus went in the desert because he wanted to pray to God with out any distractions. Lent means strength.

5. Palm Sunday
On palm Sunday we burn palm tree leaves to make palm tree leaf cross.

6. Jesus went into the desert
Jesus went into the desert for 40 days and 40 nights to pray to God without any disturbance. Jesus slept in a small cave.

7. Tempted Jesus got tempted 3 times before the devil went away.
The devil said ‘why don’t you turn that stone into bread, why don’t you jump off this cliff, god will save you, the devil said bow down to me and you will become the king of the world.

8. The devil went away
The devil went away and Jesus was still praying Jesus had no food or drink in the desert for 40 days or 40 nights.

9. Last Supper
At the last supper Judas betrayed Jesus and went to the Romans to think of a plan to kill Jesus. This means that Jesus will be cruised on the cross.
Jesus got put to death.

10. Jesus got put to death
First Jesus hafted to carry the cross up a big hill with three other people one of them said ‘why don’t you get down you’re the son of god.’’ The sky went gray and the clods were thundering and lightning.
Jesus rose again and Jesus got
put in a tomb and with cloth round
his body.

11. Jesus went up to heaven
Jesus went up into heaven to be with his farther.
