ANSWER: Similarities: discrimination, had to move/go to camps, were not allowed to leave, both were compensated by governments in years following Differences: Jewish people were abused and killed systematically and were sent to other countries; Japanese Americans did not experience genocide, they stayed in America, not all were sent to camps
