Papillary serous carcinoma of the ovary. (A) Tumor forming papillary formations, some of which show fibrovascular cores, as well as slit-like spaces, and some solid areas, invading the ovarian stroma (low-power view). (B) At high-power view, the tumor here shows significant cytologic atypia and a psammoma body (focus of dystrophic calcification forming concentric rings).
