We are currently seeking for the following position:
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF DIRECT SALES & LOYALTY
MALAYSIA-INDONESIA-SINGAPORE
Job Specification:
To be responsible for online direct sales and loyalty objective target as well as online tactical execution by destination and by brand throughout hotels in Malaysia, Indonesia Singapore.
Direct Sales
Responsible in driving traffic inbound and outbound to Accorhotels.com MIS Homepage
and Brand websites.
Loyalty
Responsible for Marketing and Communication Implementation of all loyalty programs within Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. This would include ACLUB, Advantage Plus and AVC Indonesia.
Responsible for stimulating membership spend within Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore hotels through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns and driving new A|Club membership acquisition programs to ensure we exceed our targets. 
Responsible for management of retro-Claims within the region of Malaysia-Indonesia-Singapore
Job Profile:
Understand TARS, Accor distribution & pricing
Be revenue focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels
Be analytical, be able to present conclusions and make recommendations
Be very proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
Have very good English written and verbal communication skills
Extremely pro active with all activities & support the region
Be able to work to a tight schedule and deadline
Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
Have a “Can do” attitude
