1. Structures of antiestrogens and aromatase inhibitors
Structures of antiestrogens and aromatase inhibitors. The antiestrogens block estrogen binding to its receptor and the steroidal forms also increase turnover of the receptor protein. The aromatase inhibitors block the formation of estrogens from androgen precursors.
