Project rationality
• Environmental situation in Ukraine determines needs for development of holistic system of flexible environmental education capable to train well educated specialists;
• Qualifications frameworks (NQF and SQF) are important instruments for:
- development of relevant competencies of graduates;
- recognition of qualifications;
- cooperation of educational system with labour market
• Ukrainian HE system requires implementation of NQF and competence-based approach to study programmes;
• SQF are considered as a bridge:
- between NQF and study programmes;
- between educational system and labor market

• The new structure of educational qualifications is established and linked to NQF;
• Educational qualifications must be based on HE standards
