LASIK is the refractive procedure of choice amongst ASCRS surgeons High volume refractive surgeons prefer almost exclusively LASIK over PRK Bilateral same O.R. visit surgery is accepted and standard for LASIK Great interest in procedures awaiting approv VisX Star used 3:1 over all other lasers B-L microkeratomes 2:1 over all others
