6/10/2018 Design Objectives This equipment is an option which is provided by Teradyne per customer request. The designated area of the GPIO is test head slot #25 in the (slave support board slot). This location remains consistent whether the test head is 26 slot or 36 slot configurations. The GPIO is restricted to slot 25 only, sidewalk #1 and sidewalk #2 only. This proposed concept of GPIO will focus on these JIB locations. Provide access for cabling which comes from the GPIO convenience panel (outside the tester) to the GPIO JIB assy and DIB. This option must be compatible to the Corvette JIB mechanics on the slave support board. A new spanner bracket design specific to Corvette.

Features: Provides clearance from GPIO sidewalk 1 and 2 locations and JIB shells.
