1
Sequential ultra structure changes in coagulative necrosis (Left) and apoptosis (Right)
2
Organ:Kidney Lesion:showing coagulative necrosis represented by pyknosis, karyolysis and karyorrhexis. Dignosis: Coagulative necrosis.
3
Organ:Muscle Lesion: showing coagulative necrosis represented by nuclear changes and cytoplasmic changes with infiltrated with inflammatory cells Diagnosis: Coagulative necrosis (Zenker's necrosis), H&E
4
Organ: Kidney Lesion: There are maintenance of cellular architectural but disappears of detaile. Diagnosis: coagulative necrosis of the epithelium lining
5
Organ:Lymph node of cattle
Lesion: Lymph node infected with tuberculosis showing caseous necrosis characterized by replacement of the lymphoid tissue with eosinophilic and basophilic debri. Diagnosis: caseous necrosis
6
Organ:Lung Lesion: Lung showing liquifactive necrosis represented by replacement of the pulmonary tissue with structureless basophilic materials. Diagnosis: liquifactive necrosis
7
Organ:Adipose tissue Lesion showing fat necrosis represented by foci of shadow outline of necrotic fat cell containing pink crescentic crystals. Moreover, the nuclei are pyknotic and the necrotic area surrounded by inflammatory reaction. Diagnosis:Fat necrosis.
8
Calf feet showing dry gangrene
9
Organ:Muscle of cattle
Lesion : there are infected with clostridium .You can find the hematoxylin-stained bacilli and nearby the dead voluntary muscle fibers. There are a few nuclei visible in the lesion and the cells are very eosinophilic Diagnosis: moist gangrene
10
Organ:Lymph node of cattle
Lesion showing air bubble due to clostridial infection H&E. Diagnosis: gas gangrene.
