19 Resolution of Negatives

Approved with at least 2/3 affirmative votes Does not need to be unanimous Standards Committee members may appeal unresolved negatives

21 Recirculation vs. First Consideration
After a ballot closure, the Project Manager determines how the item shall proceed

22 Final Stages Public Review Approval by ANSI Publication
Any interested parties may review and comment on the proposal Attempts must be made to resolve all negative comments Approval by ANSI Publication

23 Final Stages Supervisory Board Level: Procedural Review Members vote
