Which contribution to the programme objectives do the first projects promise? What do they want to contribute to the programme indicators? Are projects selected and approved according to their contribution to the programme objectives? How can the achievement of programme objectives be estimated on the basis of this data? Are changes/adaptations needed in the project development and selection process to achieve the programme objectives? Which changes/ adaptations?
