How do you find a rubric? - Assignments
When creating an assignment, within the the Grading section, there is an option for you to add a Rubric to it. It will be adjacent to the title of Associated Rubrics

How to find a rubric - Tests
For test questions such as: essay, short answer, and file response. There is a special rubric section that can be placed within in it. The rubrics all come from a shared spot making it easy to transfer them to from one place to other.

How to find a rubric – Discussion Forums/Blogs/Wikis
For Discussion Forums, Blogs and Wiki’s the rubric will be found in the Grade Settings section next to Associated Rubrics where you can Create a rubric or pull from a list of rubrics you’ve already made.

Creating a Rubric – Part One
When you find a Rubric in your Assignment, Test questions, or Discussion Forums/Blogs/Wikis you are given the choice between Creating a New Rubric or an Existing one. If you have not creating one yet to choose from, you’ll need to click Create New Rubric

Creating a Rubric – Part Two
When you first start creating a Rubric, you will be asked to Name it and write a description.

Creating a Rubric – Part Three
Next you be given the option to create a grid. The grading can be compiled into No Points, Points, Point Range, Percent and Percent Range. After which you will want to click Submit.
