BML has purchased and operates COTS GPS jammers Supporting Events 1. M&S will portray the mobile jammers on land and on BML maritime vehicles 2. Dynamic periodic Jamming linked to land based jammers, BML Q-ships(2), fishing boats(4-5), Self-Propelled Semi-Submersible Submarine (SPSS)(2), and Fully Submersible Vessels (FSV)(2). Jammers will be active on the ships IVO the JFMCC anchor points. Training audience should report interference to Spectrum Manager; coordinate and geolocate the piracy source to a TV station in the capital city of Curacao. Work through USSOUTHCOM to mitigate effects and potentially target source. Enabling Events BML has repurposed TV Station in capital city of Curacao to create interference to JFMCC &/or JFACC assigned unit(s). JFMCC &/or JFACC assigned unit(s) reports interference on an assigned operating frequency Supporting Events 1.
