However, should a repair become necessary, a sticker will explain how a customer can reach our 24/7 customer service hotline. A service repair technician will be dispatched promptly after reporting, and will resolve any issue. Machines that break several times will be replaced. We set high standards for vending service and maintenance through our preventative maintenance and our state of the art software, to ensure that each machine is properly loaded, and that all equipment is in excellent working condition, and maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
