5 Every Airman an AFA Member (EVAM)
Offer one-year TRIAL E-memberships to total force airmen (TFA) through various Air Force base locations to boost AFA membership to make Every Airman a Member of AFA Work to improve one-year renewal rates to 50% with the total force through engagement at the field and national level Conduct a pilot program with select chapters and expand across AFA Report on the progress and decide the next course of action in response to membership growth
