4. What can you learn
From the 3rd year on, you can choose a subject that leads to a profession :
Construction / painting and decorating / wood works / care of animals / agriculture / fashion / hairdressing / nursing / bakery / butchery / cooking / office / retail, …

5. Learning time Syntra Flanders is responsable
You go to school one day a week
The other 4 days of the week you have to work
Syntra takes care of the lessons
You get a personal coach who takes care of the contract between you and your boss and he/she checks if the agreements are being respected
You receive a small salary

6. DBSO = part-time learning
The department of education of Flanders is responsable
You go to school 2 days a week
You should be working 3 days a week, if possible
You go to school in a center for part-time learning
The purpose of this project is to guide you, at your own pace, to the right job. You are being coached in the process
You get a small compensation for your work
