Aneurysmal bone cyst: Sharply defined, expansile osteolytic lesions, with thin sclerotic margins. No cotton wool sign! No general diploic widening! Benign expansile tumour-like bone lesions of uncertain aetiology, composed of numerous blood filled channels, and mostly diagnosed in children and adolescents.
