Crystal structure of human short/branched chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (PDB file 2JIF). A homotetramer with bound butyryl-Co as substrate is represented. Note the high level of homology with the structure for isovaleryl-CoA dehydrogenase (Fig. 93-3).
