3 First 4 Steps at the International Programmes Department
You should go to the International Programmes Department and confirm that you have arrived. You should check with your University if a Certificate of Arrival is necessary upon your arrival to our institution. If your University does not have one, we can issue one for you if needed. In order to receive your Student ID Card, you must have your Health Insurance document, Passport or ID document, and 1 Photo 3x4 cm. You should go over the course schedule and check for course conflicts and if the number of ECTS credits complies with your University’s demands.

5 First 4 Steps at the International Programmes Department
Upon receiving your Student ID Card, please remember that if you loose your student ID card, you will be obliged to show a copy of a declaration from the police (in english) that you have in fact reported it lost or stolen. Without a confirmation of the loss of this document, you will not receive your transcript of records at the end of the semester.

6 Course Selection and Documents
Transitioning from the proposed study programme to the changes of the proposed study programme, you will be able to change your courses if: The course you have chosen is not available during the semester The course you have chosen collides time wise with another course You do not have enough ECTS credits Once you have made the necessary changes to your course list and your University’s Coordinator has approved your changes you may then fill out the Learning Agreement – During the Mobility.

8 Component title at the Receiving Institution – list of courses which you will add or delete from your initial chosen courses.

9 Deleted component – mark the courses you will be deleting.

10 Added component – mark the courses which you will be choosing.

11 Reason for change – choose an item from the chart (page 4 in the Learning Agreement).

12 Number of ECTS credits – write the correct number of ECTS credits of each course.

13 Component title at the Sending Institution – list of courses from your university. In case of inquiry please contact your home university coordinator.

14 Course Selection and Documents
Your Learning Agreement – During the Mobility should be sent to by November 6th as a Microsoft Word Document (not PDF file) so changes can be made if necessary. Please do not alter or delete the text in any way – only add the course list.

15 Using the Virtual University
The detailed plan of courses will be visible immediately in the Virtual University. The login address is: ID : Your matriculation number, (example 350E) Password: full date of your birth, starting from the year month day (example ) If you do not see your course schedule or you have problems logging in, please contact the International Programmes Department.

16 Using the Virtual University
There is no need to register any of your devices at the university. There is free Wi-Fi on the campus grounds.

17 Please note that you will be viewing your weekly schedule and that it may change from week to week.

18 Attendance and Instructor’s Availability
You should ask the lecturer for his/her at the beginning of the courses you will be attending. Every lecturer has his/her office hours when students can come in and ask questions. The office hours of the professors will be sent to you via . Regardless of the practices in your home university, you are obliged to attend every course of the chosen subject from the beginning. After 2 unjustified absences, the lecturer has a full right not to allow you to take the final exam.

Contact Information Library: Our Lazarski University Library includes many books and other reading material which is available for your viewing. Computers are also available for usage. Please note that all textbooks and articles that the professors require reading are all available in the Library.
