Place Description of the modification Reason No. 21 Notification procedure slightly amended (optional for contracts < EUR), period of validity of documents extended to 1 year before notification instead of 180 days before submission deadline of the tender. If evidence is not required in the case of contracts with a value of less EUR, then no pre-financing or interim payment can be made. Lower administrative burden for tenderers No. 21.6 The performance guarantee set at 10% and will be released within 45 days instead of 30 days of the issue of the final acceptance certificate. Guaranteeing EU funds while making 100% payment.

Main Changes in the PRAG – Special/ General Conditions
Place Description of the modification Reason No. 26 New Payment schedule: Payment of 60% of the contract price after the signing of the contract against performance guarantee (10%) and pre-financing request, If a pre-financing is requested and this payment exceeds EUR , the Contractor must provide a financial guarantee for the full amount of the pre-financing payment, For the 40% balance, the invoice(s) following provisional acceptance of the supplies. This means that at this moment 100% is paid, after warranty period (final acceptance) the performance guarantee (now 10%) is released. The pre-financing guarantee, if any, is released 45 days at the latest after the provisional acceptance. See item 14., earlier payment of the full amount, lower cost for the financial guarantee(s), lower prices can be offered
