Limited Cargo Handling 5 person hatch team onboard CANTERBURY Ship supervisor, crane operators, ordnance movement certified KALMAR & 25T tractor trailer operators Air Terminal Operations and Cargo Handling Load / Offload Passengers, Mail, Cargo (P/M/C) from Fixed & Rotary Wing Aircraft Document & report movement of P/M/C Provide Air Terminal Operations (ATOC) Capabilities Operate a Forward Logistics Site (FLS) Sustain 24 hour operations for up to 30 days without augmentation Assist with Load Planning CESE & MHE operators 10K forklifts, 25/40K aircraft loaders, 44 pax bus, 15 pax van, 1.25T truck

Cargo Transportation and Management Conduct Pier operations (Cargo movement on/off ships) and pier clearance Marshalling/Pre-position cargo in staging areas or transit warehouses for embarkation or debarkation Limited to confines of a secure/protected area Cargo movement within SPOE / SPOD Hazardous Material Certification and Documentation Provide In Transit Visibility (ITV) of cargo CESE / MHE Operations 6K/10K forklift operators, KALMAR operator 1.25T, 15T & 25T tractor trailer operators, 15 pax van operator Limited Tent Camp Operations Camp leadership, logistics support, facilities maintenance support

NECC Deployable Command & Control staff Small team to augmenting a task force (planners and cargo handling subject matter expertise) C2 expertise for logistics operations and humanitarian assistance Expeditionary Communications Detachment Setup and maintain NET C2 communications equipment Setup and support secure tactical voice nets (using PRC-117 / PRC-150 / PRC-152 radios) Setup and support secure data networks over HF, VHF, and UHF SATCOM links Setup and support Logistics C2 (In-Transit Visibility, RFID, TC-AIMS) Radio Frequency Propagation EKMS Local Element Communicate in a Jamming environment Deploys in task size groups to support regiments or battalions.

Current Limitations Early response is dependent on adjacent CTG CESE/MHE support (CTG 17.6 CBMU) Additional CESE/MHE options include: Local host nation providing equipment for use Contracting / renting equipment Reach back for shipment of critical equipment to support HA/DR CESE /MHE maintenance support required from host nation or adjacent CTG
