Year 3 School Sleepover Friday 7th July

Why? Stepping stone to future residential trips.
Chance for children to develop their collaboration skills outside of the normal classroom setting On opportunity for children to develop their independence Fun!

Kit List Nothing else! Please name as much as possible!
Sleeping bag / duvets / 1 pillow Foam / sleeping mat if you have one Pyjamas (full pyjamas, no night shirts or dresses please) slippers Toiletries for a quick morning wash (toothpaste, toothbrush, face cloth, wet wipes, towel) Clean underwear Book for reading (if time!) Small torch with working batteries (please check batteries as we will have no spares) A cuddly toy to sleep with if required Nothing else! Please name as much as possible!

Medication To be handed in to a Yr 3 Team member by an adult when dropping off kit. Please fill in the medication form in your pack, see need written instructions and signed permission to administer medication. No need if medication already in school. If there are any medical / injury issues we will call you.

Timetable After school Normal school clubs Casual clothes
Structured free time/structured games Snack Break – biscuits and squash

Dinner Around 5:30pm Pizza – cheese and tomato Fruit Squash/ Water

Between dinner and bed Woods Getting set up for bedtime
Watching a film Supper – hot chocolate

Sleeping arrangements
Top corridor classrooms Yr 5 - Girls and boys separate rooms Adults along the corridor outside the rooms Asleep by 9pm?

In the morning / breakfast
7am – Wakey Wakey… hopefully! Getting washed and dressed Breakfast in the hall – cereal, toast, juice

Pick up time 9am Through reception, into the Hall to collect your child. Same as collection from the discos.

Staff attending Year 3 staff Miss Gregory Mr Ashdown Mrs Parkes Miss D. Miss Henchy Mrs Haith Other staff will be present during the evening and Saturday morning.

Cost Just £5! Due to staying at school, we only need to cover food costs. Emergency! In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you via the information we have in the school office. Please make sure your contact details are up to date. No mobile phones for the children. We will be contactable via the school phones, but please only use in an emergency.

Sign - up A letter will come out through parentmail tomorrow to sign up. Please confirm attendance on there and bring in the £5 cheque or cash. Closing date for sign up – Friday 26th May.
