P = politics Is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions. The term is generally applied to behavior within civil governments Many of the origins of the modern state is to be found in the development in the art of warfare. As a result many new states are forced to organize on military principles. The very life of the new state may its military allegiance. The military by nature is competitive How politics effect the world

S = social The arts – family, gender relationships, social classes, music, architecture, painting, medical, books, science, education, and anything with a public interest How these things effect the world REPS will be grade at the end of the chapter REPS can not be typed ( cheating factor) REPS may or may not be used on the test
