Special COBRA enrollment through July 15 Medi-Cal enrollment is year round

Statewide Medi-Cal enrollment
Governor’s May Budget Revise estimates Enrollment of 1.6 million expansion adults newly eligible for Medi-Cal since January 1 (a 100% increase over January's estimate) for whom the federal government pays 100% of the costs. 815,000 people who were previously eligible for Medi-Cal but unenrolled (a 60% increase over January's estimate) for whom the federal government and California each pay half the costs.
