2. 2017 Sales Incentive Overview
Eligibility
Talari SMART Partners who have a fully executed a valid Talari Reseller Agreement with an Effective Date after April 1, 2015 and which is on file with Talari, and who have accepted and complied with the program terms & conditions are eligible to participate in the 2H 2017 sales incentive
Incentive Timeframe
August 1st 2017 to December 31st 2017
Reward Payout Elements
Payout for qualified meeting - $200 AmEx gift card
Payout for closed opportunity with a net new Talari customer
$500 AmEx gift card for opportunities >$50K and <$100K
$1,000 AmEx gift card for opportunities >$101K
Only meetings and opportunities submitted by partners and approved by Talari between August 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017 will be eligible for payouts

3. Sales Incentive Terms and Conditions
Partners must be compliance with the Talari SMART Partner Program
Only US Talari Partners are eligible for this program
Payments will be made directly to partner sales representatives (payment can be spilt with partner SE’s upon request)
Meetings must be registered by clicking this link Sales Incentive Registration and approved by a Talari RSM to be eligible for payout
Qualified Opportunities must be a result of meetings* registered via the “Sales Incentive Registration” link, approved by Talari RSM and then converted to a Qualified Opportunity via Deal Registration by a Talari RSM to be eligible for payout
Minimum deal size must be $50K or greater to Talari to be eligible for AmEx gift card on closed opportunities.
Payout for closed opportunities applies to all bookings from net new customers during the program period
Participants must submit to Talari all applicable tax documents (e.g. W-9, W-8 forms) prior to registering meetings with Talari for review and approval
Rewards payments will be paid monthly for all rewards earned in each respective month. Payment will be made within 45 days of the end of each month
