Discover for Schools Project’s Team LPM
Matching Manager Delivery Manager The applications will be validated by the VP iGV and Discover for Schools LPM and the candidates will go through an interview short time after the applications close. The interview will determine if they will be selected for the position.

Eligibity Any current active member of the iGV department from AIESEC Mures can apply. There is no set process to go through when answering questions. You may design your application in any way you see it fit. Each relevant question must be answered in full for the application to be considered. Each question must be answered with a MINIMUM of 60 words. A complete application pack will include all the 4 parts of the questionnaire: Personal data Background Experience General Questions Specific Questions

Responsibilities Matching Manager Core responsibilities include:
The Matching Manager is responsible for the execution of the local Matching strategy on his project, under the context of the national Matching strategy. He’s responsible for the TN Management of all the Opportunities in the project: open, selection and matching. He implements national entity partnerships and manage all communication and procedures with EPs. He’s responsible to follow the standard matching procedures and processes. Core responsibilities include: • Execute and track the matching strategy of the project on the local level. Follow national entity partnerships for the matching of the project. Execute international promotion of the project with the national materials provided. • Opportunity Management in EXPA/OP: Open, MA and RE of the project’s opportunities in the platform. • EP Management: maintain communications, interview, assess and select EPs for the project. Manage all visa procedures as needed. • Measure advancements and impact and report to the corresponding bodies.

Responsibilities Delivery Manager Core responsibilities include:
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the execution of the local Delivery strategy of the project, under the context of the national Delivery strategy. He’s responsible for implementing XPP and Standard & Satisfaction (S&S) principles for the Intern of this project; the main responsibility is guaranteeing accommodation and reception for them, afterwards leadership development and integration activities and programs (I.e: LEAD, Buddies, Cultural Agenda, etc). Core responsibilities include: • Execute and track the delivery strategy of the project on the local level. Support the interns’ during their experience in Romania and solve quality cases as needed. • Integration & Leadership Development: Implement LEAD for Interns, Buddies 2.0, Cultural Agenda, and other programs and activities focused in the intern’s experience. • Participate in the project network to foster collaboration and innovation among LCs. • Measure advancements and impact and report to the corresponding bodies.
