Your task: Create Your Own
Step one: identify your own favorite meal. Step two: list 8-10 ingredients in your meal that are from the Columbian Exchange list. Step three: list the ingredients and identify whether they are from the Old World or New World Step four: create a handout that depicts your favorite meal and lists the ingredients. Step five: get culminating questions from Mrs. Stewart and answer them.

Culminating Questions
Where did the majority of the ingredients originate - in the Old or New World? In your opinion, how did the Columbian Exchange impact the diets of both the Old and New World? Without the Columbian Exchange, what foods would you eat the most based on where we live (the New World)?
