3 How did the first people get to North America?
The theory goes…Native Americans migrated from Asia to North America across the land bridge during the Ice Age low temperatures caused water level to drop exposing land that created a long land bridge connecting North America to Asia following herds of animals, hunter-gatherer people may have crossed the land bridge into North America and into South America

5 Eastern Woodlands location: lived in the eastern part of North America
food: farming, fishing, and hunting home: permanent wigwams and longhouses clothing: animal skins, moss and wool Religious Practices: wampum belts, connection to animals, polytheistic, animism Government: councils and clans
