Fig 1 Non–contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan of the chest showing right hydrothorax and a round, well-defined lesion in the right posterior costodiaphragmatic recess abutting the pleura (arrow). The lesion exhibited homogeneous high signal intensity by T1-weighted fat suppressed image. The axial diffusion weighted imaging (not shown), showed restriction of lesion diffusion.
