Clorox’s manufacturing partner, Byoplanet, is managing the warranty registration, device technical support, and replacement parts for the Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic Sprayer. They have created a company called Service Tech Team to support the Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic Sprayer.

Service Tech Team Addresses Device Troubleshooting, Warranty, Replacement Parts CLOROX Support: : Addresses general/chemistry questions End User/ Distributors End-User Self-Service ServiceTechTeam Website/App Authorized Service Agent (ASA) Provides physical service of the device

CUSTOMER SERVICE – DEVICE REPAIR Customers will connect with Service Tech Team (STT) Call Center via or app STT will troubleshoot over the phone & provide support materials ByoPlanet Engineer Diagnose with the end user via phone , skype etc. If the STT Engineer ID’s the issue, they will dispatch the replacement parts/ASA or End User to fix the problem If the STT Engineer can’t diagnose the problem, packaging is sent to end user to return unit and a new device is shipped out to the end-user Service Tech Team Customer Service Line Service Tech Team Website/ App STT sends packaging to end user to return device and receive a new unit

5 PARTS & SHIPPING POLICIES
Consumable Parts Spare Parts Replacement Parts Any component that is expected to replaced during a regular maintenance schedule Ex: Air Filter Not covered under warranty Any part that can be replaced by the end-user without the aid of an ASA Ex: Nozzle Cover Assembly *Covered under warranty Any part that can only be repaired or replaced by an ASA or under direct instruction from a ByoPlanet engineer Ex: Control Panel Device Shipping If necessary, Service Tech Team will ship packaging to end user to return device to ByoPlanet. 6 HOW TO BECOME AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE AGENTS (ASA)
SERVICE TECH TEAM INVITATION If prospect is interested, click hyperlink; takes prospect to Service Tech Team Technical Support portal prospect receives invite from Service Tech Team There is no obligation to join the network Online training to become an ASA, authorized to repair equipment PHOTO CAPTION When service requests come in, there is no obligation to take the call. ASAs decide who/when they service equipment.
