4 Resilience questions? Scope: Climate change as one element of a systemic resilience approach. Climate is a route into a broader resilience narrative. Learning: Positioning resilience as a framing concept that can enhance understanding of stressors and solutions. Strategy: Moving towards proactive/anticipatory resilience building.
