Gabriel Spitz User Experience and User Interface Design UX is the abstract feelings people get from using a product UI is what we design and what people interact with When we design a product we want the UX to be as positive as possible, we want users o enjoy using our product or service, but we cannot manage it Good UX depends on good UI Good quality UI directly impacts UX
