One small mat for each team member, plus one extra mat.
Starting position
Each team member stands on a mat, leaving an empty mat at one end of the line.
Team members are numbered 1 – 8.
The Challenge
The task is completed when the group is in the exact reverse order from its starting order.

Rules
Only one person may touch a mat at a time.
A person may move in either direction to an empty mat.
The mats must not be moved
If more than one person touches a mat, the group must start from the beginning again
