In slavery Joseph showed the Lord in his master’s house
In prison Joseph showed the Lord to the prisoners
We must work to change the world around us!!

4. TEMPTATION IS PERVASIVE AND PERSISTENT
Joseph immediately rejects any notion of committing this sin
Potiphar’s wife would have been right at home in modern day America
This is a defining moment in Joseph’s life

5. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED Sin Lies!!! Remember Satan is cunning
Sometimes the “cloak” does not tell the whole story

6. DOING RIGHT CAN BRING SUFFERING
Joseph was continually obedient and still imprisoned
Do we feel as if we are treated unjustly despite serving faithfully??
The righteous will prosper!!
