1. Steady state thermal analysis in ASONIKA

2. Create a new project and specify the name of the new project

3. Select 3d model to import

4. Imported model

5. For the heater set the thermal condition: maintained temperature 300 deg.C

6. For the opposite side of the model (lead-free solder end) set the following thermal condition: maintained temperature 27 deg.C

7. Specify thermal conductivities for all parts of the model (aurum wire, lead-free solder and heater)

8. Run automatic FE mesh generation procedure

9. Select analysis type

10. Results view: temperatures distribution
