2 Create a new project and specify the name of the new project

3 Select 3d model to import

4 Imported model

5 For the heater set the thermal condition: maintained temperature 300 deg.C

6 For the opposite side of the model (lead-free solder end) set the following thermal condition: maintained temperature 27 deg.C

7 Specify thermal conductivities for all parts of the model (aurum wire, lead-free solder and heater)

8 Run automatic FE mesh generation procedure

9 Select analysis type

10 Results view: temperatures distribution
