2 General numbers for deliverables 2008
131 deliverables => 77 tickets, all deliverable holders contacted via RT, tickets canceled for justified reasons => 9 (11%) tickets declared ready to be resolved => 42 (55%) tickets very advanced => 9 (11%) in total 77% of tickets in “good shape” but only 8 tickets finalized with final acceptance report delivered. 4 Some reminder for procedures (1)
All communication on deliverables (tickets) ONLY via DESY rt-system (Queue: xfel-wp02-llrf-coordination). (All deliverables has its tickets generated (see eventually LLRF Deliverables Wiki page for links)) For deliverable holders: Put the documents to the SVN repository for deliverable documentation If needed put the programs to the SVN repository for programs If needed put the SysML model to EA If you consider your task finished - change the ticket owner to reviewer and contact him via RT If any problem – contact me: Maciek Kudla Collaboration Meeting Lodz, June 26, 2009

5 Some reminder for procedures (2)

(All deliverables has its tickets generated (see eventually LLRF Deliverables Wiki page for links)) For deliverable reviewer: Check if task is done, if it can not be accepted change back the ticket owner to the deliverable holder and inform him what should be done, If it can be accepted – write the final acceptance protocol, give me the signed paper version and put the electronic version to the corresponding folder in SVN repository.
