Estimating on final consumption expenditure
Household final consumption expenditure has been estimated starting from 2005/2006 Formerly it was a residual 3

Survey Integrated Household Living Conditions Assessment Survey (IHLCA)(2004/2005) Intended to measure national poverty line 4

Household final consumption expenditure are estimated As an aggregate, not in product classification (CPC and COICOP) 5

Government final consumption expenditure
Relied upon the current expenditure of Government Budget Need to classify with COFOG and CPC NPISHs Still missing 6

Exports and Imports Covered only goods Valued at FOB and CIF
Converted into local currency with official exchange rate 7

Gross capital formation
Both gross fixed capital formation and changes in inventory are included For state sector, capital expenditure of Government Budget is taken For private sector, estimation are being carried out 8

Collected through line ministries for State sector For private sector, only the stock changes for major crop, i.e. paddy is estimated 9
