T6.1 - Engagement with SME community and development of Construction sectoral positions
Stimulate feedback and elaborate consensus-based positions on construction SMEs relevant issues Implementation of Construction Product Regulation (CPR) Proposal of measures in favour of SMEs 2016 SBS position papers: CE Marking solutions for construction micro-enterprises EN 1090 (balustrade kits and railing kits) - to be issued Other position papers will be issued in accordance to the relevance of the discussion on the CPR for the interests of SMEs

T6.2 - Accompany, facilitate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the CPR
SBS is represented in main groups organised by the EC in relation to construction standardisation: Advisory Group on Construction Standing Committee on Construction General framework – DG GROW implementation assessment of CPR Other activities concern the following up of specific requests with regard to standardisation issues

SBS is also represented in :
T6.3 - Participation to the relevant European technical groups SBS is also represented in : EOTA Advisory Group Construction Sector Network Core Group CEN BT WG 102 on Construction CEN/CENELEC BT WG 9 ‘Strategy for the construction sector’ Policy-related/management groups with impact on procedures of the 65 construction-related CEN TCs (e.g. Annex ZA)

SBS Construction Forum
T6.4 - Information and awareness-raising Ensure the flow of information to the SBS members and the continuous input from the network to SBS central structure (e.g. through policy-related circulars , newsletters… CPR, EOTA and CEN meetings, consultations, etc.) SBS Construction Forum Open to all representatives of SBS’ construction members, EC, and other stakeholders (e.g. CPE, FIEC) Meets on a yearly basis Contributes to the SBS sectoral approach proposal for 2017 NOT a duplication of the work of WP 1 (Expert Coordination)
