Why did Christ need to die? God’s grace vindicates God’s law. JUSTICE Rom. 3:26 “That He might be just.” 1 Pet. 2:24 “Who his own self bear our sins in His body…” 2 Cor. 5:21 “…Made to be sin on our behalf…” Isa. 53 God’s grace saves the sinner. JUSTIFICATION Provisions made for man’s forgiveness. Rom. 5:8-11,19; Heb. 2:9,14,17; 10:1-4
