Ever heard “Too many Chefs spoil the soup”?
A good leader uses the best talents on a group to achieve the group’s goals and helps create new projects and activities.
Usually have good communication skills. Gives eye contact when speaking and listening.

4. A good leader does not: Dictate what others should do.
Vacate when it comes time to work (cleaning up)
Speculate while others work.

5. However, they DO: Delegate responsibilities to others.
Delegate means to transfer power, make assignments to others, or to be chosen to lead others.
Leaders should be FAIR!
Is it fair to be the coach and only start your son/daughter?

11. How does this affect the group?
Risk Management - Sometimes in order for a group to move forward, they have to take risks, but evaluate the consequences first for big risks!
You must be willing to change for the best interest of the group.
Sometimes there needs to be change in the way things are done. Ever done something over and over even though is doesn’t work?
