States compete with each other to
provide the best business, social, and physical environment for their Citizens. Tax policies are a big part of Federalism in the USA.

If citizens are unhappy living in one State under federalism, they are free to
move to another State where they would be more satisfied with the laws. Citizens can challenge State laws if they are in violation of the US Constitution. All Citizens have the protection of the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

and justice in harmony whenever they can…while never letting their own vitality be sacrificed to the corrupting power of misguided or dangerous plans.
