We have prepared for this birth using Hypnobirthing techniques that require a very calm and quiet environment, free of distractions and interruptions to allow labor and birth to happen naturally. While we understand that not all factors are in our control and situations may arise that require medical attention, we ask that the preferences below be followed as birth progresses normally.

Triage Admission
Upon admission to triage, we would like to request a pairing of a nurse that is partial to natural labor and delivery. Please refrain from referring to the “pain scale” and direct general questions to Leo and Barbara to allow me to stay focused on my body.
