Jesus Christ, the

and it meant that He
died in our place, on
the cross……

15. On the third day…He rose from the dead…

When we believe
in God’s good news…the gospel…
We are also safe from
the punishment for our sins.
We too will live with Jesus in Heaven…
For ever and ever…
That is Good News!!!!

17. So in the story….
A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it…

18. What is the problem with those by the wayside? Not in the field?

19. Does the seed go into the ground on the pathway??? Why not?
Those “by the way side” are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

32. Was the problem with the “seed?”

33. No! The problem was the soil.
“They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy;
and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.”
The heart must be ready, not hard.
