2 Pell Reconciliation Use the Recon file from COD, PGRCXXOP file. Load via EdConnect. Use the COD provided recon reader, this will format your PGRC file to import into MS Access. Use SQL to extract Pell data from Banner, import data to MS Access. Run MS Access Query and Reports to identify student’s not reconciled.

7 Recon Reader Save the output as a separate file, import into MS Access.

12 State Reconciliation Use “Invoice List” report from Surfer for each fund reconciling. Drop data into MS Excel and import into MS Access. Use SQL to extract State Funds data from Banner, import data to MS Access. Run MS Access Query and Reports to identify student’s not reconciled.
