4 RealTime 2016 Conference Issue Requirements
The paper must be a presentation of results of measurements or achievements of lasting value and not just a status report. The paper must not have been published elsewhere, the copyright must be granted – at least jointly – to IEEE. The format must comply with the IEEE TNS formatting rules, to be found on the conference web site. Paper size can be up to 8 pages; 10 pages with permission of the senior editor. IEEE publications are only allowed, if they are significantly different from existing publications This also will also apply to Conference Records on IEEE Xplore Two proposals for the Conference Record if you plan to submit your paper to TNS: Formal Conference Record place a preprint on arXiv submit only an extended abstract to the Conference Record and reference the preprint in there Informal Conference Record submit the full manuscript there for your fellow conference participants NOTE: This is not an official publication and not referenceable!
